Enrollment In Benefits Plans. (1) All new employees shall automatically be enrolled in the default level of medical, dental, and basic life insurance coverage. Employees shall be charged the applicable level of employee contribution, if any, for each plan. During the first thirty (30) days of employment, an employee may waive coverage under the medical plan by providing proof satisfactory to the plan that the employee has other group medical insurance coverage.
