ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE TIME a. Effective the first pay period after approval of this MOU by the Board of Supervisors, but not sooner than the first pay period of July 2014, each employee shall, one time only, be granted a 40 hour bank of Administrative Leave Time (ALT). b. ALT shall have no cash value and may not be cashed out. If an employee terminates employment with the County, any ALT remaining in the bank shall be surrendered with no value to the employee. c. ALT shall be used in the same manner as Vacation Leave.
