Common use of Enrollment Policy Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Policy. As required by the Colorado Charter Schools Act, C.R.S. §22- 30.5-104(3), the Network shall make enrollment decisions at each School in a nondiscriminatory manner and shall have and implement a recruitment and enrollment plan that ensures that each School is open to any child who resides within the District. The Network will develop and implement an annual recruitment plan for each School, designed to provide access to all student populations which includes, but is not limited to, enrolling students that are eligible for free/reduced lunch, students with special needs, and English language learners, and represents the diversity of the District. The District may review any recruitment plan at any time upon reasonable request to the Network.
