Attendance Area. The School’s primary attendance area is as follows: Bonneville Joint School District 93 and Idaho Falls School District 91.

Attendance Area. The School’s primary attendance area shall be used for the purposes of determining applicability of this enrollment preference category.

Attendance Area. The School’s attendance area (“Attendance Area”) shall be defined as the attendance area at the time this Agreement was entered into, subject to TEC §12.065.

Attendance Area a) Where a staff reduction is necessitated within an attendance area or department, employees within that attendance area or department shall be retained in the order of their seniority provided they are qualified and able to do the work. When a more senior employee chooses a transfer within the attendance area, the more senior employee’s choice takes precedence over the choice of the employee with less seniority. Reallocation of existing staff shall be on the basis of least seniority (the least senior employee in their classification in the attendance area).
b) For the purposes of this Article of the Agreement, eleven (11) attendance areas are defined as:
i) Xxxxxx School, Dundurn School, and Hillcrest Colony School;
ii) Xxxxxx Composite School, South Xxxxxx Park School, Aberdeen Composite School, and Riverview Colony School;
iii) Xxxxx School, Colonsay School, and Lost River Colony School;
iv) Xxxxxxx Elementary School, Delisle Composite School, Xxxxxxx School, Pike Lake School, and Willow Park Colony School;
Attendance Area. The School’s primary attendance area is as follows: Bonneville, Bingham, and Jefferson Counties.
