Entire Agreement and Representation. This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between Employer and Executive with respect to the subject matter hereof. No representations or warranties of any kind or nature relating to the Company or its several businesses, or relating to the Company's assets, liabilities, operations, future plans or prospects have been made by or on behalf of Employer to Executive. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
Entire Agreement and Representation. 3.1 The employees and agents of the Seller are not authorized to make any representations concerning the Goods unless confirmed by the Seller in writing. In entering into the Contract the Buyer acknowledges that it does not rely on any such representations which are not so confirmed and incorporated in the Contract. The Buyer has no remedy in respect of any representation or statement or promise of any nature other than as expressly set out in this Contract.

No representations or warranties of any kind or nature relating to the CORPORATION or its several businesses, or relating to the CORPORATION'S assets, liabilities, operations, future plans, or prospects have been made by or on behalf of the CORPORATION to PETKANAS. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement (oral or written) between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement, the Option Agreement and the Executive Retention Bonus Plan (the "Employment Agreements") contain the entire agreement and understanding between Employer and Executive with respect to the subject matter hereof. No representations or warranties of any kind or nature relating to Employer or its several businesses, or relating to Employer's assets, liabilities, operations, future plans or prospects have been made by or on behalf of Employer to Executive. The Employment Agreements supersede any prior agreement or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. Specifically, the Employment Agreements supersede and replace any employment agreement, Executive Continuity Agreement or similar agreement or understanding between Executive and Concentric, or any of its affiliates, relating to the subject matter hereof (the "Concentric Agreements"), which shall be of no further force or effect as of and following the Effective Date.
Entire Agreement and Representation. This Agreement, including Appendices A and B hereto, contains the entire agreement and understanding between Employee and Executive with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement cannot be changed or terminated except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties hereto.
Entire Agreement and Representation. No change is hereby made to Section 8.9 of the Employment Agreement.
