Common use of Entire Agreement; No Oral Modifications Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; No Oral Modifications. This Agreement, the schedules and annexes hereto, and the documents and instruments referred to herein constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior understandings with respect to the subject matter hereof. No change, modification, addition or termination of this Agreement or any of the Borrower Documents shall be enforceable unless in writing and signed by the party against who enforcement is sought.
