This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and any of the Company Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, representations, arrangements or agreements relating thereto, whether written or oral, including but not limited to the Employment Agreement, provided, however, that Sections 6 and 7 of the Employment Agreement shall remain in effect for the duration and on the terms set forth therein.
