Entitlement In New Calendar Year. On return to work, in the event of a subsequent illness, injury, disability or other medical condition, the employee shall be eligible to receive the sick leave entitlement, based on the employee's length of service, that would have been granted on the first day of the calendar year in which the employee returns to work.
