Common use of Entitlement to Wage Increments Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Wage Increments. (a) When an auxiliary employee works in the same classification during the qualifying period defined in Article 32.4 on a full-time or equivalent part-time basis, the employee becomes entitled to increments in the applicable salary scale as defined in Appendix A.
