Entrainment Surveys. In 2009, FWP field personnel surveyed approximately 6.5 miles of irrigation ditch on three enrolled properties for entrained grayling (Table 2). No grayling were captured during these surveys (Table 2). Other fish species captured during the surveys include: xxxxx xxxxx Salvelinus fontinalis, brown trout Salmo trutta, burbot Xxxx xxxx, longnose dace Rhinichthys cataractae, rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss, sculpins Cottus bairdi, suckers likely Catostomus commersoni and mountain whitefish Prosopium williamsoni (Table 2).

Entrainment Surveys. The Agencies will complete electrofishing or visual surveys of all irrigation ditches on enrolled lands to determine the extent of Arctic grayling entrainment, following the entrainment protocol (Appendix C).
Entrainment Surveys. In 2015, FWP completed entrainment surveys on 7.16 miles of irrigation ditch on 5 enrolled properties (Table 3). A total of 29 Arctic Grayling were captured in one irrigation ditch during entrainment surveys and returned to the Big Hole River. Arctic Grayling were captured during 3 different electrofishing runs in this ditch starting in July and ending in October. All Arctic Grayling captured were 2015 young-of-the-year. Because of the high rate of entrainment in this ditch, FWP will explore screening or other options to reduce or eliminate the loss of Arctic Grayling in this ditch. Entrainment Surveys. No grayling entrainment surveys were conducted in 2023 in the Centennial Valley. Previous surveys in 2017, 2018, and 2021 did not document grayling entrainment. Future entrainment surveys will occur as new SSPs are created.
Entrainment Surveys. In 2008, FWP surveyed approximately 4.90 miles of irrigation ditch in nine locations for entrained grayling. Survey crews captured a total of six grayling in three locations. These fish were rescued from the ditches, but prior to release, the grayling were measured, weighed, and given an individual VI or Passive Integrated Technology (PIT) tag.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for: (a) acquiring and providing Right of Way on the Site in accordance with the alignment finalised by the Authority, free from all encroachments and encumbrances, and free access thereto for the execution of this Agreement; and (b) obtaining licences and permits for environment clearance for the Project Highway.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes. 11.2 We may (i) compile statistical and other information related to the performance, operation and use of the Services, and (ii) use data from the Services in aggregated form for security and operations management, to create statistical analyses, and for research and development purposes (clauses i and ii are collectively referred to as “Service Analyses”). We may make Service Analyses publicly available; however, Service Analyses will not incorporate Your Content, Personal Data or Confidential Information in a form that could serve to identify You or any individual. We retain all intellectual property rights in Service Analyses. 11.3 We may provide You with the ability to obtain certain Oracle Software (as defined below) for use with the Services. If we provide Oracle Software to You and do not specify separate terms for such software, then such Oracle Software is provided as part of the Services and You have the non-exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use such Oracle Software, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order (except for separately licensed elements of the Oracle Software, which separately licensed elements are governed by the applicable separate terms), solely to facilitate Your use of the Services. You may allow Your Users to use the Oracle Software for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with the license terms. Your right to use any Oracle Software will terminate upon the earlier of our notice (by web posting or otherwise) or the end of the Services associated with the Oracle Software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Oracle Software is licensed to You under separate terms, then Your use of such software is governed by the separate terms. Your right to use any part of the Oracle Software that is licensed under the separate terms is not restricted in any way by this Agreement.

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Personal Property Reimbursement Employees shall, in proper cases, be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of personal property damaged in the line of duty without fault of the employee. The amount of reimbursement for articles of clothing shall be the depreciated value based on the age and condition of the article. Reimbursement for a watch shall be limited to the functional value of the watch.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.
