Entrance Pay. Normally, an employee will be appointed or reinstated at the entrance rate for the classification. If an appointing power believes it is necessary to make an appointment or reinstatement above the entrance rate, the appointing power may do so if allowed by the Xxxxxx County Personnel Rules.
