Holiday allowance. A full-time Pharmacist who does not work on a holiday shall be paid eight (8) hours holiday allowance. A part-time Pharmacist shall receive holiday allowance as provided in Section D, below.

Daily-Rate Employees 15(d)(1) Employees paid a daily-rate shall be entitled to the Christmas Holiday off with pay whether or not it falls on a calendar Saturday, if they have worked within the seven-day period before and the six-day period following Christmas. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Position Evaluation and Compensation Plan in conflict herewith, when the Board so provides on the Duties Description Record, an employee to whom an hourly or daily-rate is applicable shall be compensated for authorized work performed on a holiday or holiday equivalent in accordance with the provisions as set forth on such Duties Description Record.

Holiday allowance. Holiday allowance year
1. The year for the holiday allowance shall be equal to the calendar year: the holiday allowance will be accrued from 1 January to 31 December.
2. The holiday allowance is 8% of the gross annual salary received in the year to which the holiday allowance applies. The holiday allowance is based on the salary and, if the employee is or has been ill, on paid sick leave.
Holiday allowance. 1 Employees are entitled to a holiday allowance amounting to 8% of their remuneration.
Holiday allowance. The holiday allowance amounts to 8% of the gross pay. This allowance is paid in the month of May at the latest. The allowance is calculated over the preceding period from May up to and including April, with due observance of Article 16 paragraph 2 of the Minimum Wage and Minimum Holiday Allowance Act. For employees who have not been employed for one full year, the allowance is calculated pro rata.
Holiday allowance. Once every calendar year, an 8.33% holiday allowance must be paid to the Employee in relation to the earned Monthly Salaries during the June to May period in June at the latest. A holiday allowance is not due and payable with regard to overtime (see article 28).

Annual Rate Employees 15(c)(1) All annual rate employees, other than continuous- operation, shift or cumulative-hour employees scheduled to work holidays as normal workdays, shall be entitled to all holidays off with pay and to be scheduled a normal workday off with pay for each holiday which is observed on one of their normal days off, subject to the following provisions: When a holiday falls on a Sunday, such an employee shall be scheduled the following normal workday off instead, as such holiday.
Holiday allowance. The employee is entitled to an 8% holiday allowance in accordance with the provisions of the CLA.
Holiday allowance. 1. Temporary agency workers are entitled to a holiday allowance of 8% of the actual wage over the worked days, holiday days and public holidays.
2. Temporary agency workers who take a holiday of at least five consecutive working days shall, if they request the private employment agency to do so, be paid the accrued sum in holiday allow- ance prior to the first week of June as set forth in article 40, paragraph 2 of this Collective Labour Agreement.
