Entry into the Bargaining. Unit Date This date will reflect the last actual date that an employee commenced in a classification which comes under the terms of the Collective Agreement, or as determined in the previous agreement, whichever is greater, or as determined by the parties through a letter of intent, and is known as the GO Transit Seniority date. This date is used for layoffs greater than 10 days.
