Episodic Series and Mini-Series. “i. Sideletter No. 6 of the Black Book shall apply to episodic series and mini-series that are:
Episodic Series and Mini-Series. (including the first episode of a series that is produced as a straight-to-series order): • 20-35 minutes, budgeted at $1.5 million to < $5 million; • 36-65 minutes, budgeted at $1.5 million to < $10 million; and • 66 minutes or more, budgeted at $2 million to < $10 million. One-Time Programs (other than pilots): • 20-35 minutes, budgeted at $1.5 million to < $5 million; • 36-65 minutes, budgeted at $1.5 million to < $10 million; and • 66 minutes or more, budgeted at $3 million to < $10 million. Standard Black Book (i.e., full feature rates, terms and conditions) Episodic Series and Mini-Series (including the first episode of a series that is produced as a straight-to-series order): • 20-35 minutes, budgeted at $5 million or more • 36-65 minutes, budgeted at $10 million or more; and • 66 minutes or more, budgeted at $10 million or more. One-Time Programs (other than pilots): • 20-35 minutes, budgeted at $5 million or more; • 36-65 minutes, budgeted at $10 million or more; and • 66 minutes or more, budgeted at $10 million or more.

  • Seniority Accumulation (a) (i) Part-time employees shall have their seniority expressed on the basis of number of hours worked in the bargaining unit. (The foregoing is for clarity only and therefore does not modify an employee’s level of seniority under this collective agreement or previous collective agreements.)

  • Class Sizes In the annual assignment of duties, the designated supervisor shall consult with the department in determining appropriate class sizes for individual courses. In making such a determination, the designated supervisor shall consider operational requirements, sound pedagogical principles, and the workload implication of teaching such courses (also see Letter of Understanding #3).

  • Accumulation of Seniority The seniority of an employee shall continue to accrue during an absence due to:

  • Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.

  • Savings Bonds 1. The Employer agrees to include employees in the existing system of payroll deduction through which an employee may purchase United States Savings Bonds.

  • Health Spending Account (HSA Wellness Spending Account (WSA)/Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) utilization rates;
