All consultants are required to complete the Equal Benefits Ordinance Certification of Compliance included herein as Exhibit J. Effective January 1, 2011, any contract awarded from this solicitation is subject to the City of San Diego’s Equal Benefits Ordinance [EBO], Chapter 2, Article 2, Division 43 of the San Diego Municipal Code [SDMC]. In accordance with the EBO, contractors must certify they will provide and maintain equal benefits as defined in XXXX §00.0000 for the duration of the contract [SDMC §22.4304(f)].
