Contractor certifies and represents that, during the performance of this Contract, it and any other parties with whom it may subcontract shall adhere to equal employment opportunity practices to assure that applicants, employees and recipients of service are treated equally and are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, sex, age, medical condition, sexual orientation or marital status. Contractor further certifies that it will not maintain any segregated facilities. Contractor further agrees to comply with The Equal Employment Opportunity Practices provisions as set forth in Exhibit “C”.
