Common use of EQUAL OPPORTUNITY/NON-DISCRIMINATION Clause in Contracts

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY/NON-DISCRIMINATION. Contractor shall not discriminate against any individual with respect to their compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment; or discriminate in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect their status as a Contractor because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, medical condition, marital status, veteran status, or any other category protected by law. Contractor shall ensure that all Services and benefits rendered to the District, its Board of Trustees, officers, agents, employees, representatives, students, consultants/contractors, and volunteers are provided free of any form of harassment and without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, medical condition, marital status, national origin, veteran status, or any other category protected by law. Contractor shall comply with Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
