Equal Rights of Contractor s Employees Contractor shall comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with Section V of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and with all applicable requirements of federal and state civil rights and rehabilitation statutes, rules, and regulations. Contractor also shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (Pub L No. 101-336), including Title II of that Act, ORS 659.425, and all regulation and administrative rules established pursuant to those laws.

  • Civil Rights – General – 49 USC § 47123 The Company agrees to observe and comply with those requirements of the FAA set forth in Exhibit D, Federal Aviation Administration Required Provisions, as such requirements may be amended or interpreted by the FAA or the United States Department of Transportation from time to time.
