Approval of Personnel. The key personnel and subcontractors listed by specialty as well as by name in the Scrutinized online empanelment application are hereby approved by the Trust. Any subsequent changes shall be made after approval of the Trust. The Network Hospital shall not appoint any Doctors/Specialists working in Govt. Health Care systems as full time /In-house team.
Approval of Personnel. The SCHOOL BOARD reserves the right to approve the contact person and the persons actually performing the CONTRACTOR services on behalf of CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. If SCHOOL BOARD, in its sole discretion, is dissatisfied with the contact person or the person or persons actually performing the services on behalf of CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement, SCHOOL BOARD may require that the CONTRACTOR assign a different person or persons to be the contact person or to perform the CONTRACTOR services hereunder.
Approval of Personnel. The Department will have the right to approve or reject any personnel, assigned to a project by the Design-Build Team. In the event of engagement of a former employee of the Department, the Design-Build Team or their subcontractors shall restrict such person or persons from working on any of the Design- Build Team's contracted projects in which the person or persons were “formerly involved” while employed by the State. The restriction period shall be for the duration of the contracted project with which the person was involved. Former Involvement shall be defined as active participation in any of the following activities: Drafting the contract Defining the contract scope of the contract Design-Build Team selection Negotiation of the contract cost (including calculating manhours or fees); and Contract administration An exception to these terms may be granted when recommended by the Secretary and approved by the Board of Transportation. Failure to comply with the terms stated above in this section shall be grounds for termination of this contract and / or not being considered for selection of work on future contracts for a period of one year.
Approval of Personnel. 4.3.1 The Key Personnel listed in Annex-2 of the Agreement are hereby approved by the Authority. No other Key Personnel shall be engaged without prior approval of the Authority.
4.3.2 If the Consultant hereafter proposes to engage any person as Professional Personnel, it shall submit to the Authority its proposal along with a CV of such person in the form provided at Appendix–I (Form-11) of the RFP. The Authority may approve or reject such proposal within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt thereof. In case the proposal is rejected, the Consultant may propose an alternative person for the Authority’s consideration. In the event the Authority does not reject a proposal within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of receipt thereof under this Clause 4.3, it shall be deemed to have been approved by the Authority.

Reasonably prior to assigning an individual to perform Services under any Statement of Work and to the extent reasonably practicable under the circumstances, GlassHouse shall (i) notify Dell of the proposed assignment, (ii) introduce the individual to appropriate Dell representatives, (iii) provide reasonable opportunity for Dell representatives to interview the individual, and (iv) consistent with applicable law, provide Dell with a resume and such other information about the individual as may be reasonably requested by Dell. In addition, GlassHouse shall ensure that it has met all obligations under Dell’s U.S. Site Security and Environmental, Health, and Safety Addendum attached hereto as Schedule B with respect to personnel to be assigned hereunder. If Dell lawfully and in good faith objects to the proposed assignment, GlassHouse shall not assign the individual to that position and shall propose to Dell the assignment of another individual of suitable ability and qualifications.

Individuals employed by or representing Contractor on Purchaser’s Site (or who have access to Purchaser’s network of information and control systems) shall be subject to Purchaser’s continuing approval. If Purchaser finds any individual whom Contractor provides to be unsatisfactory, at Purchaser’s request, Contractor shall promptly remove and not re-employ such individual(s) to provide the Work.

Approval of Personnel. The Key Personnel and Sub-consultants listed by title as well as by name in Appendix C are approved by the procuring entity. In respect of other Personnel which the consultant proposes to use in the carrying out of the Services, the consultant shall submit to the procuring entity for review and approval a copy of their Curricula Vitae (CVs). If the procuring entity does not object in writing (stating the reasons for the objection) within twenty-one (21) days from the date of receipt of such CVs, such Personnel shall be deemed to have been approved by the procuring entity.
Approval of Personnel. The Key Personnel and Sub consultants listed by title as well as by name in Appendix C are deemed to be approved by the Client. In respect of other Key Personnel which the Consultants propose to use in carrying out of the Services, the Consultants shall submit to the Client for review and approval a copy of their biographical data. If the Client does not object in writing (stating the reasons for the objection) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of such biographical data, such Key Personnel shall be deemed to have been approved by the Client.
Approval of Personnel. The consultant shall employ /deploy suitable key personnels on the project from their existing regular /contract staff or they shall employ suitable and qualified personnels from open market on contract basis for the currency of project, duly approved by the client.
4.6 CRE/Team Leader, Project Manager, Resident Engineer or their successor duly nominated by the consultant shall act as Engineer Inchrge. Name Address of the Consultants’ Engineer In charge.
