Equipment and Vendor Presentations. Following selection of a preferred alternative, Consultant will arrange to have up to 3 vendors that may be listed in the specifications present about their equipment to the City for consideration of its use on the project. The presentations are meant to provide the City with background about the products, details about their operation, and provide an opportunity for City staff (Engineering and Operations) to ask questions about the products.

Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.
