Equipment Downtime. Facility agrees to maintain equipment in working order and conduct necessary cleaning and repairs in a timely manner. Facility will make every effort possible to inform Members of equipment failures that may result in product loss. However, Facility is not liable and will not reimburse Members for product loss due to unexpected repairs, breakage or contractor delays in making repairs. Members shall promptly notify Facility in writing in the event Member experiences issues or disruptions which require Facility’s repair.
