Equipment, Installation and Electrical Work. The successful Proposer will be required to provide and install all Vending Machines and equipment necessary to operate a first-class and secure Concession on the Premises. All equipment shall be in new or like-new condition and must be compatible with the quality of finishes used throughout the Terminal Complex. In addition, the successful Proposer shall be required to submit to the Aviation Authority all electrical work it believes will be necessary for the operation of the Concession, which must be performed in accordance with the Aviation Authority’s electrical standards. The Airport supports a large population of the public moving to and from ground transportation and airplanes which require more sophisticated controls for mechanical systems and more attention to mechanical, electrical and fire protection operations than elsewhere. The construction environment at the Airport is more controlled with more restricted access for contractors and materials due to Airport operations and security concerns. Management of construction activity at the Airport requires more time and effort than elsewhere. An electrical panel is located within approximately one hundred (100) feet of each Vending Machine location. In accordance with Article 6.A. of the Concession Agreement, the successful Proposer will be responsible for the coordination, installation and expense of providing conduit and wire to a designated electrical panel and provide electrical distribution via a separate panel within each public area and office area Vending Machine location. The successful Proposer’s Vending Machines and equipment utilized to operate the Concession may occupy less than the entire square footage of the Premises. The Vending Machines and all other equipment or property utilized by the successful Proposer in operating the Concession shall be aesthetically pleasing, of a color palate that is consistent with the Airport’s open-air design and shall not consist of any distracting or overwhelming elements. All public area Vending Machines shall conform with the Aviation Authority’s Food and Beverage Tenant Design Criteria Retail, Food and Beverage (August 2003) provided to Proposers as Volume C of these documents. All Vending Machines operated by the successful Proposer must be approved by the Aviation Authority and shall conform to all standards of the Aviation Authority to be determined by the Executive Director, in his sole discretion.   • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Licenses for Permanent Installation The contractor must comply with all State mandatory licensing requirements prior to installation. Questions on licensing requirements should be directed to the State Licensing Board. Contractor must furnish and install all furniture and materials in compliance with all applicable codes, whether local, state, or federal; and that all permits or licenses required for installation will be obtained without cost to the State.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Installation and Use You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Delivery & Installation a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the delivery of the goods and completion of the related services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule specified in the bidding document. The details of supply/ shipping and other documents to be furnished by the successful/ selected bidder are specified in the bidding document and/ or contract.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith.   • Installations 2.1. This test shall be conducted with either the complete REESS or with a related REESS subsystem(s) including the cells and their electrical connections. If the manufacturer chooses to test with related subsystem(s), the manufacturer shall demonstrate that the test result can reasonably represent the performance of the complete REESS with respect to its safety performance under the same conditions. If the electronic management unit for the REESS is not integrated in the casing enclosing the cells, then the electronic management unit may be omitted from installation on the Tested-Device if so requested by the manufacturer.

  • Maintenance, Alteration and Repair (a) Resident is responsible for and agrees to take good care of the premises, fixtures and all common areas. Resident may not remove any of Owner’s property and will not perform any repairs, upgrades, painting, wallpapering, electric changes or other alterations of the premises without prior written consent from Owner. Resident will be responsible for damage from waste stoppages caused by foreign or improper objects or improper use in lines serving bathrooms, damage to fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, screens, damage from water faucets left on or from doors left open, and repairs or replacements to alarm devices necessitated by misuse or damage by Resident and/or guests. Extraordinary appliances or furnishings such as satellite dishes, hot tubs, pool tables, water beds or high utility-consuming devices may not be installed or placed on the premises or anywhere at the Property without Owner’s prior written consent, in its sole discretion.
