Common use of Equipment Quality Clause in Contracts

Equipment Quality. The Borrower shall cause MOR to ensure that the equipment is procured and used in accordance with the Government’s national technical standards, and that supervision, quality control, and contract management are carried out in a periodic and satisfactory manner.
