Equipment with Bailees. Store the Equipment of Borrower or its Subsidiaries at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party.
Equipment with Bailees. Store the Equipment of Borrower that constitutes a portion of the Collateral at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party except as expressly permitted pursuant to Section 5.17 or Section 5.18.
Equipment with Bailees. Store the Equipment of Loan Parties or their Subsidiaries at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party without Agent's prior written consent.

Store the Data Library at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party without Agents’ prior written consent, or store any material amount of the Equipment of Parent or its Subsidiaries (other than the Data Library) at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party, without providing to Agents a Collateral Access Agreement from such bailee, warehouseman, or similar party.
Equipment with Bailees. Each Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to store the Equipment of such Borrower or such Subsidiaries (excluding (a) any Equipment out for repair and (b) Revenue Equipment of no more than (i) 25 units at any one location in the continental United States or Canada constituting trailers or other non-power units, and/or (ii) 5 units at any one location in the continental United States or Canada constituting tractors or other powered units) at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party, unless (a) such bailee, warehouseman, or similar party has provided Agent a Collateral Access Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to Agent or (b) the applicable Borrower has provided Agent with prior written notice of the storage location, and, if Agent elects, Agent has established a related Reserve against the Borrowing Base and/or the Maximum Revolver Amount in accordance with Section 2.1(c). For the avoidance of doubt, and without intending to either limit or expand upon the forgoing, it is hereby understood and agreed that customary retention of Revenue Equipment for the purpose of loading and unloading (customary retention not to exceed 7 calendar days), shall not be deemed storage of such Revenue Equipment.
Equipment with Bailees. Store the Equipment of Borrowers or their Significant Subsidiaries at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party.
Equipment with Bailees. Store Equipment of Borrower or any Guarantor at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party without executing and delivering to Agent a Collateral Access Agreement with respect thereto, except with respect to arrangements in existence as of the Closing Date and other arrangements regarding Equipment in the ordinary course of business.
Equipment with Bailees. The Inventory and Equipment shall not at any time now or hereafter be stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party unless DaimlerChrysler shall have received a Collateral Access Agreement from such party.
Equipment with Bailees. Except as permitted by Section 5.9, Store the Equipment of Borrower or its Subsidiaries at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party.
Equipment with Bailees. (i) Store the Equipment (other than cash dispenser machines) of Borrower or its Subsidiaries worth in excess of $100,000 in the aggregate at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party, or (ii) store cash dispenser machine Equipment of Borrower or its Subsidiaries worth in excess of $750,000 in the aggregate at any time now or hereafter with a bailee, warehouseman or similar party. Upon the continuance of any Event of Default, Agent shall have the right upon written request to Borrower, to deliver Collateral Access Agreements with respect to any Equipment, including without limitation any cash dispenser machines, that is held by any bailee, warehouseman or similar party.
