Equity Constitution and Bylaws. It is understood and agreed that if the Constitution, Bylaws, rules and regulations of Equity are amended after the signing of this Agreement so as to conflict with the fulfilment of the provisions of this Agreement, then the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. The Engager shall be notified by Equity of any such changes to the Constitution and Bylaws, rules and regulations of Equity that are in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement.
