Ergonomic Sub-Committee. (a) The Union and the Company will immediately form an Ergonomic sub- Committee of the Health and Safety Committee composed of the Unit Chair, the Union Co-Chair of the Health and Safety Committee, and at least two (2) additional Union representatives and an equal number of Company representatives. This Committee will meet on paid time at applicable rates at least four (4) times per year.
