EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL. 27.1 The Developer agrees to implement the approved erosion and sedimentation and control plans and lot grading and drainage plans to the satisfaction of the Town, Niagara Region, and Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority. 27.2 The Developer agrees to re-vegetate or otherwise restore all disturbed areas immediately upon the completion of on-site grading to the satisfaction of the Town and the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority.
