Construction Area. Contractor shall protect property and facilities adjacent to the construction area and all property and facilities within the construction area which are shown on the plans are to be protected. After project completion, the construction area shall be in a clean and presentable condition. All public or privately owned improvements and facilities shall be restored to their original condition and location. If improvements or facilities are damaged, they shall be replaced with new materials which are at least equal to the original materials. Nothing herein shall be construed to entitle the Contractor to the exclusive use of any public street, way, or parking area during performance of the Work. Contractor shall conduct its operations so as not to interfere with the authorized Work of utility companies or other agencies in such streets, ways or parking areas. The Contractor shall be responsible for investigating conditions of available public and private roads and of clearances, restrictions and other limitations affecting transportation and ingress and egress to the site of the Work. Use of equipment will be minimized during any Stage II or Stage III smog alerts. All equipment will meet emissions standards. Dust Control is required at all times. All proper public safety measures are to be used during construction, including barriers, flagmen and signing. Equipment must conform to all applicable noise regulations.
Construction Area. 28.1 The Contractor shall use areas approved by the City for deliveries and personnel, which may vary from time to time. Contract limits of construction area are indicated on the drawings. Equipment, material, and personnel shall be in conformance with this Contract.
28.2 To provide for maximum safety and security, the Contractor shall erect and maintain all necessary barricades and any other temporary walls and structures, as required, and boarding to protect life and property during the period of construction.

Construction Area. 4.1 According to the actual demands with respect to the investment project, pursuant to the “Investment Intensity of Industrial Projects, etc.” of the state and Jiangsu Province as well as other relevant land management provisions, the Management Committee has agreed to provide approximate 75 Mu [1 Mu = 0.1647 acre] of land to be used for industrial construction in the Development Zone area coded B-9-3 for this project. See the figure attached for details.
4.2 After the project is approved, Party B shall enter into an official “Transfer Contract for the Right to the Use of State-owned Land” with the Development Zone in accordance with laws and regulations. Party B shall complete the investment and construction for this parcel of land in accordance with relevant provisions and requirements.
4.3 In consideration of the fact that the project herein is a key hi-tech biomedical project supported by the state with international hi-tech intellectual property rights and which complies with the state’s trajectory for industrial development, and because the tax revenue after the project’s completion will be high, the Management Committee [has decided to] support the use of land for the project by extending to Party B a discounted land price of RMB 128,000 / Mu [1 Mu = 0.1647 acre].

Construction Area. Federal Government OSHA standards require anyone on a construction site to wear certain protective clothing and safety devices, including, but not limited to, hard hats and safety glasses, and to the extent Builder permits Buyer on the Residence during construction, Buyer shall comply with such requirements. Neither Seller nor Builder nor any contractor shall have any responsibility or liability for any injury or loss resulting from or occurring during any entrance by Buyer or its guests or invitees on any construction area of the Residence, and Buyer shall indemnify Seller and any contractor from any and all loss, damages, claims, liability or responsibility resulting from any such entry by Buyer or its guests or invitees. Any communication regarding the construction of the Residence must be handled directly between Buyer and Seller, and Buyer shall not make any direct contact with any workmen, suppliers, superintendents or subcontractors of Builder or any contractor or their employees.
