Errors in Contract Documents. Prior to commencing the Work, the Contractor shall review all of the Contract Documents for the purpose of identifying any error, inconsistency, omission, discrepancy or variance that may be contained therein. If the Contractor finds any error, inconsistency, omission, discrepancy or variance in the Contract Documents, it shall notify the Owner at least ten (10) days before beginning the affected portion of the Work. The Owner shall make any correction, interpretation or clarification promptly, basing its decision on the intent of the Contract Documents.
