Increasing Seat Belt Use in the United States Pursuant to Executive Order 13043, 62 FR 19217 (Apr. 18, 1997), Recipient should encourage its contractors to adopt and enforce on-the- job seat belt policies and programs for their employees when operating company-owned, rented or personally owned vehicles.
Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.
Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement.
Marketing the Property In an effort to properly and efficiently market the Property, the Seller grants the following permissions to the Agency: (Initial ALL That Apply) - Advertise the Property. - To use the Property’s street address when advertising the Property. - Allow third (3rd) party websites to create estimated market values of the Property. - Allow the Agency to disclose the existence of other offers on the Property. - Publish any and all Property information electronically or in print. This includes, but is not limited to, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), real estate websites, newspapers, etc. - Place a lockbox or key box on the Property. The Seller shall hold harmless the Agency and all cooperating licensees from all responsibility and liability resulting from any loss, damage, or theft which might occur while the Property is listed by the Agency under this Agreement. - Authorize a “For Sale” Sign on the Property.

Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C. Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.
Gaming, betting and lotteries The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to the premises in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries.
Administrative and Operating Expenses Charged to the Judicial Council The Judicial Council may reimburse the Contractor for itemized administrative and operating expenses, pursuant to this exhibit, that are reasonable, allowable, and allocable in performing the Work of this Agreement, provided that the Judicial Council first approves such charges via one (1) or more BEO’s that set forth the final details on these items.
