ESTABLISHING OF THE JOINT OPERATING COMPANY. 1.1 Pursuant to Article 9 of the Contract, a Joint Operating Company of limited liability may be established under the Law. The JOC shall be formed within twelve (12) months after ROC's decision to form the JOC, and shall commence the conduct of Petroleum Operations on the Date of Transfer of Operatorship, which date shall be within thirty (30) days after the formation of the JOC.
