Establishment and Composition of Committee. A. A Professional Relations Committee shall be established at each facility and may be established within each professional group or sub-group as needed, on a Region-wide basis. B. In addition, a Regional Professional Relations Committee will be established for the purpose of addressing issues of concern or which have applicability to the entire bargaining unit, which are not covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. C. The Professional Relations Committee shall be comprised of not more than four (4) Employer representatives and four (4) employee representatives. Each party shall designate their own representatives. Each party shall name a spokesperson to coordinate Committee activities. D. Representatives to the Regional Professional Relations Committee will be appointed from four (4) separate facilities.
