Establishment of committee or board by Governor. ‌ Nothing in this chapter shall operate to prevent the Governor from establishing a committee or board composed of heads of state agencies, should the Governor deem it necessary to aid him or her in obtaining information or advice, assisting in developing or carrying out plans, or otherwise acting in accomplishment of the purposes of this chapter.

  • Establishment of Committee The Province may, at its sole discretion, require the establishment of a committee to oversee the Agreement (the “Committee”).

Additional representatives may be invited as resources to the committee as needed.   • Meetings of Committee The Committee shall meet up to six (6) times per year. Additional meetings may be scheduled upon agreement of the co-chairpersons. Its members shall receive a notice and agenda of the meeting at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. Employees shall not suffer any loss of pay for time spent with this Committee. Meetings will be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request to meet.

  • Sub-Committees 15.1 The Joint Committee shall establish the membership and terms of reference for any sub-committees or sub-groups which it establishes and may dissolve such sub-committees or sub-groups. Sub-committees to which the Joint Committee delegates functions are bound by the provisions of this Agreement regulating the taking of decisions by the Joint Committee. The Joint Committee may create additional sub-committees from time to time as it sees fit.
