Function of Committee. The Committee shall concern itself with the following general matters:
a) Considering constructive criticisms of all activities so that better relations shall exist between the Employer and the employees.
b) Improving and extending services to the public.
c) Promoting safety and sanitary practices.
d) Reviewing suggestions from employees, questions of working conditions and service (but not grievances).
e) Correcting conditions which might cause grievances and misunderstandings.
Function of Committee. The Committee shall concern itself with the following general matters:
1. promoting safety and sanitary practices;
2. reviewing suggestions from employees, questions of working conditions and service;
3. other problems and matters of mutual interest which affect the relationship between the employees and the Employer.
Function of Committee. The Labour Management Committee shall earnestly seek to resolve differences between the parties arising from the interpretation of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of employment or any other matter of importance to the parties. The parties shall exchange written agenda items at least forty eight (48) hours in advance of scheduled meeting of the committee. Notwithstanding this, the parties may mutually agree to include other items on the agenda on an ad hoc basis.
Function of Committee. The purpose of the Labour Management Committee is to promote the cooperative resolution of workplace issues, to respond and adapt to changes in the economy, to xxxxxx the development of work related skills and to promote workplace productivity. All and any matters of mutual concern pertaining to performance of work, operation problems, conditions of employment and harmonious relations shall be referred to this committee for discussion and recommendation.

Function of Committee. The Committee shall be generally advisory in nature. It shall have the power to make recommendations to the Union and the District of Kitimat with respect to its discussion and conclusions. The Committee shall generally concern itself with matters related to the following:
(a) Considering constructive criticisms of all activities so that better relations shall exist between the District and all employees;
(b) Improving services to the public;
(c) Promoting safety and sanitary practices;
(d) Reviewing suggestions from employees, questions of working conditions and practices, correcting conditions causing grievances and misunderstandings, reviewing policies and their applications, and reviewing proposals for alterations in the work environment;
(e) Promoting the cooperative resolution of workplace issues;
(f) Responding and adapting to changes in the economy;
(g) Fostering the development of work-related skills and promoting workplace productivity.
Function of Committee. The primary purpose of this committee shall be to dialogue and promote, on an on-going basis, mutual understanding and discussion of contract-related matters of a general nature. The committee will establish meeting norms, terms of reference, and communication protocol.
Function of Committee. The committee shall produce its own terms of reference but shall be limited to making recommendations only.
Function of Committee. All matters of mutual concern pertaining to rates of pay, hours of work, working conditions, collective bargaining, etc., shall be referred to the Labour Management Negotiations Committee for discussion and settlement.
Function of Committee. The function of this committee will be to study the hospitalization, life insurance and disability insurance programs that have been provided by the school board and make recommendations concerning these programs.
