Establishment of Committee. The Province may, at its sole discretion, require the establishment of a committee to oversee the Agreement (the “Committee”).

The Committee shall enjoy the full support of both parties in the interests of improved service to the public, and job security for the employees.

There shall be a Coordinating Committee composed of one (1) representative of each Party, provided, that the Power Purchasers may participate as a non-voting observer through a single representative, whom they will designate from time to time.
