Evaluation of Addendum and Change Order. Within Fourteen (14) days from receipt of the PROJECT COMPANY’s Addenda or Change Orders Request as per Section 7.2, the CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit Addenda or Change Orders Proposal to the PROJECT COMPANY for evaluation. Within Seven (7) days from receipt of the Addenda or Change Orders Proposal, the PROJECT COMPANY: a) notify the CONTRACTOR that the Addenda or Change Orders Proposal have been accepted; or b) refuse the Addenda of Change Order Proposal. Within Fourteen (14) days from the CONTRACTOR’s Addenda or Change Orders Proposal as per Section 7.2, the PROJECT COMPANY: a) notify the CONTRACTOR that Addenda or Change Orders Proposal have been accepted; or b) refuse the Addenda of Change Order Proposal. In case progress of the Work is effected by the PROJECT COMPANY’s Addenda or Change Orders Request, the PROJECT COMPANY may either notify the CONTRACTOR to suspend the effected part of the Work, or to instruct the CONTRACTOR to carry in effected part of the Work until the Addenda or Change Orders are mutually agreed by the Parties. In case the effected part of the Work is suspended, the CONTRACTOR shall be entitled to claim extension of the Guaranteed Preliminary Completion Date as per Section 10.4 of this Agreement. In case the PROJECT COMPANY instructs the CONTRACTOR to carry on performance of the effected part of the Work, the CONTRACTOR shall be entitled for additional Cost as per Article 6.

  • SCOPE CHANGES The Commissioner reserves the right to require, by written order, changes to the scope of the Contract, by altering, adding to or deducting from the Bid Specifications, such changes to be within the general scope of the Contract.
