Evaluation of Interregional Transmission Projects. The SERTP Transmission Providers and the Office of the Interconnection shall act through their respective regional transmission planning processes to evaluate potential interregional transmission projects and to determine whether the inclusion of any potential interregional transmission projects in each region’s regional transmission plan would be more efficient or cost-effective than projects included in the respective then-current regional transmission plans. Such analysis shall be consistent with accepted planning practices of the respective regions and the methods utilized to produce each region’s respective regional transmission plan(s). The Office of the Interconnection will evaluate potential interregional transmission projects consistent with Operating Agreement, Schedule 6 and the PJM Manuals 14A entitled New Services Request ProcessGeneration and Transmission Interconnection Process and 14B entitled PJM Region Transmission Planning Process on the PJM Website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/documents/manuals.aspx. To the extent possible and as needed, assumptions and models will be coordinated between the SERTP Transmission Providers and the Office of the Interconnection, as described in sSection 1 above. Data shall be exchanged to facilitate this evaluation using the procedures described in sSection 2 above.

  • Methods of Interconnection The Parties will negotiate the facilities arrangement used to interconnect their respective networks. CLEC shall establish at least one (1) physical Point of Interconnection in CenturyLink territory in each LATA CLEC has local End User Customers. CLEC represents and warrants that it is serving End User Customers physically located within each local calling area for which it wishes to exchange traffic within CenturyLink territory. The Parties shall establish, through negotiations, at least one (1) of the following Interconnection arrangements, at any Technically Feasible point: (1) a DS1 or DS3 CenturyLink-provided facility; (2) Collocation; (3) negotiated Mid-Span Meet POI facilities; or (4) other Technically Feasible methods of Interconnection via the Bona Fide Request (BFR) process unless a particular arrangement has been previously provided to a third party, or is offered by CenturyLink as a product.

  • Provision of Interconnection Service Transmission Provider and Interconnected Transmission Owner agree to provide for the interconnection to the Transmission System in the PJM Region of Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility identified in the Specifications in accordance with Part IV and Part VI of the Tariff, the Operating Agreement of PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“Operating Agreement”), and this ISA, as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Interoffice Transmission Facilities BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rule 51.311 and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, to interoffice transmission facilities on an unbundled basis to <<customer_name>> for the provision of a telecommunications service.
