Evaluation of Librarianship. Documentation of performance in librarianship must include, peer observations of instruction, peer reviews of librarianship as described in the candidates’ FAP, student and college faculty evaluation of candidates’ teaching of library research skills during the most recent four (4) quarters, and assessment by the functional supervisor, coordinators and the chair. Evaluations be peers may not be undertaken as anonymous evaluations and must be conducted by individual faculty relative to specific requirements contained in the FAP.
