EVALUATION OF TEACHING PERFORMANCE. 12.1 Both the Board and the teachers agree that one purpose of evaluation is to complement and improve the overall instructional program of Vienna High School as well as remediate inefficiencies and provide positive reinforcement for individual teachers of the system. Further, both parties recognize the importance and value of developing a procedure for assisting and evaluating the classroom teaching process.
