Common use of Evaluation Studies Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Studies. 8 CONTRACTOR shall participate as requested by COUNTY in research 9 and/or evaluative studies designed to show the effectiveness and/or 10 efficiency of CONTRACTOR’s services or provide information about CONTRACTOR’s 11 project.
