Common use of Evening Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift Premium. The employee for whom half or more of the regular working hours are between 16:00 and 24:00 shall receive an hourly premium according to the rate in effect: $0.64/hour $0.64/hour $0.65/hour $0.66/hour $0.67/hour
