Common use of Evening Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift Premium. Any employee who is required and authorized to work at any time between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. the following day shall be paid an evening shift premium in addition to his or her regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for each such hour and majority of an hour worked.

Evening Shift Premium. Any employee who is required and authorized to work at any time hour or portion thereof, between the hours of 6:00 9:00 p.m. and 8:30 5:00 a.m. the following day daily, shall be paid an evening a shift premium in addition to his or her their regular hourly rate of pay pay. Any employee who is required and authorized to work at any time between the hours of 6:00 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. the following day midnight shall be paid an evening shift premium in addition to his or her their regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of one ($1.00) dollar 1.50 per hour for each such hour and majority or portion of an hour workedworked after 8:00 p.m. Evening shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime.

Evening Shift Premium. Any employee who is required and authorized to work at any time whose majority of working hours fall between the hours of 6:00 3:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. the following day 12:00 midnight shall be paid receive an evening shift premium of eighty (80¢) cents per hour in addition to his or her the employee's regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for each such hour and majority of an hour workedall hours worked on said shift.

Any An employee who is required and authorized to work at any time working the majority of their shift between the hours of 6:00 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 6:30 a.m. the following day shall be paid an evening receive a shift premium in the amount of fifty (50¢) cents in addition to his or her their regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for each such hour and majority of an hour all hours worked.

Employees who are using flex- time will not be entitled to premiums as a result of their individual flex-time arrangements.

Evening shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime.
