Common use of Evening Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift Premium. Employees working the evening shift shall be paid a shift differential of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for the entire shift worked.

Evening Shift Premium. Employees working who work more than 50 percent of their assigned hours between the evening shift hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential of fifty $.75 cents ($0.50) per hour for the entire shift workedall hours worked on that shift.
