Common use of Evening Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift Premium. Where the majority of hours of the shift fall between fifteen hundred (1500) hours and twenty-three hundred (2300) hours, a shift differential of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour shall be paid to Employees for each hour worked.

Evening Shift Premium.
