Part Payment. Any sum tendered that is less than the sum due and owing may be accepted by the School on account only by prior agreement with the School. Late payment charges will be applied to any unpaid balance of Fees.

e. When an employee is employed on a less than full-time basis, and that employee is required by the Board to work beyond their normal hours of employment, that employee shall be remunerated in accordance with their daily rate.
f. Teachers who are going on an approved leave without pay before the end of the month will be deducted at the appropriate daily rate for all regularly scheduled teaching days remaining in that month.
Part Payment. (a) The Seller will not accept payment by personal cheque for amounts exceeding $500.
