Use of the Facilities. The County will not install, use, operate or maintain the Facilities improperly, carelessly, in violation of any applicable law or in a manner contrary to that contemplated by this Sublease. The County shall provide all permits and licenses, if any, necessary for the installation and operation of the Facilities. In addition, the County agrees to comply in all respects (including, without limitation, with respect to the use, maintenance and operation of the Facilities) with all laws of the jurisdictions in which its operations may extend and any legislative, executive, administrative or judicial body exercising any power or jurisdiction over the Facilities; provided, however, that the County may contest in good faith the validity or application of any such law or rule in any reasonable manner which does not, in the opinion of the Authority, adversely affect the estate of the Authority in and to the Facilities or its interest or rights under this Sublease.
Use of the Facilities. 10.1. For the needs of the Petroleum Operations, the Contractor shall be entitled to use, under general law conditions in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, any railroad, road, airport, runway, canal, river, bridge, body of water and telephone or telegraph network in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, whether owned by the Government or any private business, by means of paying royalties in accordance with the laws that apply in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire or those that are fixed by agreement but which will not be higher than the prices and tariffs provided to Third Parties for similar services. Subject to approval by the Government, the Contractor shall also be entitled to use, at its own expense and risk, in accordance with the laws and regulations that apply in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire and in accordance with the Best Practice of the international petroleum industry, the additions and changes to the facilities that are already in existence for the transport, the treatment or the storage of the Hydrocarbons, provided that such a right does not xxxxxx the rights of Third Parties and does not cause them prejudice and that the additions and changes are necessary for the profitable exploration of the Hydrocarbons coming from the Delimited Region. The Contractor will also be entitled, for the needs of the Petroleum Operations, to use all overland, ocean or air transportation resources for transporting its employees or equipment, provided that it complies with the laws and regulations that apply in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire in using these means of transport.
10.2. The Government shall have the right to use any means of transport and communication put in place by the Contractor, through the payment of fair compensation to be fixed by mutual agreement, but which shall not be higher than the prices and rates granted to Third Parties for similar services, provided that, in the opinion of the Contractor, this use by the Government does not hinder the Petroleum Operations nor prejudice them. Under the same conditions, in the event of national need, specifically national catastrophes, cataclysmic events, domestic or foreign perils, the Contractor shall make its resources available to the Government at its request.
10.3. This Agreement shall in no way limit the Government’s right to build, operate and maintain on, under and throughout land made available to the Contractor for the needs of the Petroleum Operations, roads, railroads, airports, runways, canals, bridges, ...
Use of the Facilities. Lessee shall have the nonexclusive right to use the Facilities for the purpose of storing and repairing Lessee's school buses, as well as offices, breakroom and training area for Lessee’s transportation department. In addition to the areas above, Lessee shall have non-exclusive access to the bathrooms, hallways, and other common areas of the facility, and may use other rooms of the facility when not needed by Lessor. Said use shall be in conjunction with Xxxxxx's use of the Facilities for the same purposes. Lessor shall have the right to approve the postings in any areas outside the 617 square feet of indoor rental space described above.
Use of the Facilities. The Lessee shall use the Facilities only for the purpose of performing one or more essential governmental or proprietary functions of the Lessee consistent with the permissible scope of the Lessee's authority. The Lessee shall not use the Facilities in any way or for any purposes which would constitute or qualify the Facilities as a "private activity" as defined in the Code or which would qualify the Lessor's financing for the Facilities as a private activity bond under the Code. The Lessee will not install, use, operate, or maintain the Facilities improperly, carelessly, in violation of any applicable law or in a manner contrary to that contemplated by this Lease. The Lessee shall provide all permits and licenses, if any, necessary for the installation and operation of the Facilities. In addition, the Lessee agrees to comply in all respects (including, without limitation, with respect to the use, maintenance and operation of each item of property comprising the Facilities) with all laws of the jurisdictions in which its operations involving the Facilities may extend and any legislative, executive, administrative or judicial body exercising any power or jurisdiction over the Facilities; provided, however, that the Lessee may contest in good faith the validity or application of any such law or rule in any reasonable manner which does not, in the opinion of the Lessor, adversely affect the estate of the Lessor in and to the Facilities or the interest or rights of the Lessor under this Lease.
Use of the Facilities. A. The Union shall have the right to use the College duplicating services, computer services, and inter-College mail system on a reasonable basis for Union business. It is mutually understood that the Union will reimburse the College for related duplicating costs.
B. The Union will be granted appropriate space needed to post items on the College’s intranet site for unit members to view.
C. The College agrees to provide meeting space for Union meetings in accordance with College policies.
Use of the Facilities. I agree to comply with the following provisions, of which I have been made cognisant: − Relevant provisions of the Research Infrastructure Access Agreement No. [to be added] − Relevant provisions of the "Framework of Access to the Joint Research Centre Physical Research Infrastructures"1 − Rules and regulations (including those relating to health and safety and security) in force at the JRC I will follow the instructions, including technical instructions and those relating to health, safety and security, given by the designated representative of the JRC.
Use of the Facilities. The Facilities may only be used for the purposes specified on the booking form. In the event of it being used by the Hirer for any other person for other purposes, the School is empowered to stop proceedings and to close the Facilities.

Use of the Facilities. 3.5.1 Parking Operator's use of the Facilities described above shall in no way be deemed to be a lease.
Use of the Facilities.
6.1. The Parties shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Facilities are left in a clean and safe condition free from litter waste and rubbish at all times.
6.2. The College will maintain the Facilities in a suitable condition for the Permitted Use.
6.3. The College shall use all reasonable endeavours to conduct maintenance works on the Facilities in a manner that does not impact on use of the Facilities by the Shire in accordance with the Authorised Times of Use. In the case where the College is required to conduct maintenance works on the Facilities which may impact Permitted Use by the Shire, the College shall first notify the Shire at least 4 weeks’ prior, to allow the Shire to make arrangements in order to minimise the disruption to pre-arranged bookings. The general public will be given sufficient notice to advise when access to the Facilities may not be available due to maintenance.
6.4. The College shall provide, at the beginning of each year, its annual maintenance plan to enable considerations in respect of potential restrictions on use of the Facilities. This maintenance is to be to a standard of an oval used for junior sporting purposes.
