The Event Materials clause defines the ownership, use, and distribution rights of materials created or used in connection with an event, such as presentations, handouts, recordings, or promotional content. Typically, this clause specifies whether the event organizer, participants, or third parties retain intellectual property rights over these materials, and may outline permissions for reproduction, sharing, or modification. Its core function is to clarify who controls the event-related content, thereby preventing disputes over usage and ensuring all parties understand their rights and obligations regarding the materials.
Event Materials. Speaker agrees to provide event details and preliminary materials at least four (4) weeks in advance of the live event, or if the event is scheduled in/for less than four (4) weeks, within five (5) business days of execution of this Agreement. Event details and materials shall include but not be limited to the following information: (i) e-mail address and phone number (ii) Speaker’s brief biography (iii) Speaker’s company logo and company web site URL, if available (iv) Speaker’s photograph, if available Speaker agrees to provide Company with the final presentation materials no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the live Event or date Event is to be recorded. In the event the final presentation materials are not submitted to Company, Company reserves the right to cancel the Event without penalty

Event Materials. As needed the Successful Respondent shall: 1. As directed by DIR, assist with the development of event signage; 2. Prepare professional name badges for attendees, speakers, DIR staff, and exhibitors; 3. Prepare event brochures, subject to input and approval by DIR; 4. Create and provide event materials to attendees in the format determined during the Agenda Planning process; materials may either be printed or in electronic format, as determined by DIR; 5. Procure and assemble registration packets/bags for attendees, as requested by DIR; 6. Provide a mobile event application with information such as schedules, maps, attendee information, exhibitor information, speaker biographies, etc.; and 7. Provide materials that can integrate with emerging event technologies, i.e., QR code scanners, proximity alerts, etc.
Event Materials a. For purposes of this Agreement; the term ✓✓Event Materials,✓ shall mean all products, concepts; ideas✓ studies, text; reports✓ designs, processes, techniques or know-how✓ documents, presentations✓ writings✓ information, drawings, campaigns., trademarks, service marks, slogans✓ artwork, written materials✓ drawings., photogrnphs., graphic materials, audio-visual works, n•ai15a·:iptions✓ or other materials produced by RECIPIENT in connection with the Event and funded with the Funding committed hereunder� whether prepared by RECIPIENT alone or with others., and whether completed or in progress (each., a 11W01'k")� and all drafts, notebooks., data, copies and other physical embodiments thereof, including, without limitation., all Event Materials supplied or produced in connection with any proposal submitted or work peiformed directly or indirectly by RECIPIENT witl.1 the Funding, whether or not patentable or registrable under copyright or similar statutes. c. RECIPIENT shall indemnify the TRUST against any claim or suit alleging that any of the Event Material infringes upon patents., copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other propr:ietaiy rights of other·s. RECIPIENT shall pay all costs and damages, including reasonable attorney's fees.
Event Materials. 6.1 All copyright, trade marks, techniques, models, processes, methodologies, know-how and other intellectual property rights (the "EIC Know How") contained in the materials supplied to the Sponsor and/or the Representatives by EIC (the "EIC Materials") shall at all times be and remain the exclusive property of EIC (or its licensors). EIC hereby grants to the Sponsor, subject to the terms of the Contract, a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the EIC Materials and EIC Know How for its own internal business purposes. The Sponsor shall not distribute, resell or otherwise disclose the EIC Materials or the EIC Know- How to any individual or company outside of its business organisation (including to group companies). 6.2 All copyright, trade marks, techniques, models, processes, methodologies, know-how and other intellectual property rights (the "Sponsor Know How") contained in the materials supplied to EIC and attendees at the Event by the Sponsor (the "Sponsor Materials") shall at all times be and remain the exclusive property of the Sponsor (or its licensors). The Sponsor hereby grants to EIC, subject to the terms of the Contract, a revocable, non-exclusive, non- transferable licence to use the Sponsor Materials and Sponsor Know How in connection with the Event or for its own internal business purposes and to distribute the Sponsor Materials to attendees or exhibitors at the Event. 6.3 All intellectual property rights in and to any materials produced for the Event, excluding the Sponsor Materials, shall vest in or be assigned to EIC.
Event Materials. Attendee and Client agree that the Event Materials and information conveyed during the Event are the confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary information of LogRhythm. Attendee and Client shall not use the Event Materials or information conveyed during the Event except pursuant to a nonexclusive, nontransferable right and license hereby granted by LogRhythm solely for Client’s internal business purposes, and not for sale, sublicense, or other disclosure, distribution, or republication to or for a third party. Attendee and Client agree not to remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices of LogRhythm, any sponsor, or any third party contained in the Event Materials.
Event Materials. All materials and services provided as part of the Event are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. With respect to any services and products we provide in connection with or related to the Event we and/or our suppliers make no representations and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to: warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the suitability of the information; the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the content, services, products, or other items connected with the Event. The Event may include advice, opinions, and statements of various speakers, presenters, information providers or instructors, and content providers (“Presenters”). CPC does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information provided by any Presenter or other participant. Reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, or other information shall also be at your own risk. Neither CPC nor any Presenter or other participant shall be liable to anyone for any inaccuracy, error, omission, interruption, or use of any content herein, regardless of cause, for any damages resulting therefrom. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of any opinions, advice, services, or other information provided. All information is presented with the understanding that the Presenters, or other participants, are not rendering professional advice or opinions on specific facts or matters, and accordingly assume no liability whatsoever in connection with its use. Information provided at an Event relative to any products or services does not, in itself, comprise a contract or offer.
Event Materials. XcelEvents will for each event: • Develop event signage using DIR provided graphics. • Should DIR require any graphic design services, this service would be provided by an event supplier as an added expense above XcelEvents’ service contract. • Prepare event brochures subject to input and approval by DIR with outside graphic design services if required as an additional expense. • Create and produce conference materials to include agenda, attendee and vendor lists, Expo floor plans, and other handouts as needed. Prepare for electronic or printed use. • Procure and assemble registration packets for attendees as needed by DIR. • Provide content for a mobile event application with information such as schedules, maps, attendee information, exhibitor information, speaker biographies, etc., etc. The cost of the actual mobile application will be charged as an event expense. • Provide printed badge materials which can integrate with emerging event technologies such as QR or barcode scanning. The cost of such event technologies will be charged as an event expense.
Event Materials. A full set of materials was created for use in the presentations. This included roll ups, posters, brochures and badges to help engage with visitors at events. Here we present some of these materials that were taken to events.
