  • Recall Notification Notice of recall shall be sent to the bargaining unit member by certified mail. The City shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation by mailing the recall notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last address provided by the bargaining unit member.

  • Termination for Cause with Notice to Cure Requirement Contractor may terminate this contract for the Department’s failure to perform any of its duties under this contract after giving the Department written notice of the failure.   • Accident Notification If in the course of completing work as part of this Agreement there is an accident that involves the public, CONTRACTOR shall as soon as possible inform the COUNTY of the incident by telephone.
