Common use of Eviction Clause in Contracts

Eviction. If a resident is evicted for non-payment of room and board charges or under-enrollment, the Cancellation of Contract terms apply. If the resident is evicted for misconduct, an $8 per contract day fee will be applied from the date of eviction through June 16, 2023.
