Valuables. Cash, banknotes or other forms of currency, bullion, works of art, precious or rare metals or stones, plate or other objects of a rare or precious nature, specie, bonds or other negotiable instruments. Liabilities, costs or expenses (irrespective of whether a contributory cause of the same being incurred was any neglect on the part of the Assured or his servants or agents) when the loss or damage, injury, illness or death or other accident in respect of which such liability arises or cost or expense is incurred arising out of or in any way connected with one or more of the following risks:

Jewellery, cash and other valuables should be carried in hand baggage (and not in checked baggage).
Valuables. You may not use the Non Account Products to send any Valuables except only in relation to non-transferable tickets which are permitted strictly in accordance with Clause 6.12. If you breach this obligation then you do so at your own risk and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability to you such in circumstances (and, to avoid doubt, we will not pay any compensation to you in such circumstances).

Unpaid invoices will result in “service holds” which may prevent a student from registering, re-contracting, checking into a residence facility, obtaining a transcript, obtaining a diploma, etc. ▪ Loss of an ID card by a student must be reported to the ID Center immediately. ▪ Loss of an ID card will result in a replacement charge according to the fee schedule set by the ID Center. ▪ A student may not lend and/or give his or her room/residence hall key and/or ID card to another individual for any purpose. ▪ University furniture may not be removed from any room. University furniture must remain in the room to which it is assigned. This includes extra furniture placed into a room due to the need to place an extra student into the room. ▪ Platform and/or loft devices, unless provided by the University, are not allowed in any student rooms. ▪ A fee may be assessed for removing/moving University furniture. Fees will be assessed by the Office of Housing & Dining Services and payment instructions will accompany the notice.
