Common use of Evidence Clause in Contracts

Evidence. An Employee who has given the Employer notice of the taking of leave under clause 48 must, if required by the Employer, give the Employer evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person that the leave is taken for the purpose specified in clause 48.4.

Evidence. An Employee employee who has given the Employer their employer notice of the taking of leave under clause 48 38 must, if required by the Employeremployer, give the Employer employer evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person that the leave is taken for the purpose specified in clause 48.438.4.

An Employee employee who has given the Employer their employer notice of the taking of leave under clause 48 47 must, if required by the Employeremployer, give the Employer employer evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person that the leave is taken for the purpose specified in clause 48.4subclause 47.4.

Evidence. An Employee who has given the their Employer notice of the taking of leave under this clause 48 39 must, if required by the Employer, give the Employer evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person that the leave is taken for the purpose specified in sub-clause 48.439.

Evidence. An Employee employee who has given the Employer their employer notice of the taking of leave under clause 48 54 must, if required by the Employeremployer, give the Employer employer evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person that the leave is taken for the purpose specified in clause 48.454.4.

Evidence.
